Aftersales is considered to be the strongest point of Dicky Bags. We have a valued Reputation when it comes to after sales and the convinece given to costomers. Usually a one year warranty is given by the company (abiding the rules & regulation Layed by the management) but the company provides flexibility if the product sold is in the condition to be repaired. The decision of service lies with the company management.
 PRODUCTION FACILITIES & WORKFORCE
 Dicky Bags Uses its Logo & design to Manufacture the Products, but the company provides the flexibility to welcome the consumer logos and designs if the requirement of minimum Quantity is fulfilled. Dicky Bags has two factories
 
1. Dedicated to Pouches
 
2. Dedicated to file, Executive and Havarsack Products.
 PRODUCT RANGE
Our range is from 150 to 600 for pouches and from 300 to 2000 for executive bags the range has been designed keeping in mind the needs of diffrent people and their requirements in daily routine.
 BANKING:
We Prefer Banking with nationalized Bank like:
 
IDBI (INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BANK OF INDIA)
 
The purpose is to recieve the payment from the buyers and give our foreign buyers the facility of credit for export and Import
BUSINESS POLICY
We as a company have a very clear & open policy i.e. to suit the consumers Requirement. The terms and conditions are as layed:
1. Payment if not made within 30 days, 24% P. A. interest will be charged.
2. Goods once sold will not be taken back.
3. Our risk and responsibilities ceases after goods leave our premises.
4. Confirmed orders will not be cancelled.
5. Only goods having manufacturing defects will be replaced, if informed 
    Immediately, within 15 days on receipt of the goods.
6. Service for the used products will be as per company rules & regulations.
7. No guarantee for any type of material or fabrics used in the products.
8. We are not responsible for breakage, shortage or damage, in transit.
9. 25% advance should be made by Cheque / Draft only.
10. All orders are subject to being accepted & confirmed by the company.
11. Goods will be Supplied as per stocks available. 
12. All dealings are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
13. Taxes and other charges if any applicable will be extra. 
14. C’ Form or ‘H’ Form must be delivered within 3 months after delivery of the 
     goods, thereafter party must pay balance tax liability.
15. Way bill must be produced at the time of order, if applicable in any state.
16. Company management reserves the right to change or modify the models & price
of its product range and change the above TERMS & CONDITIONS, without any 
notice.
